Planning Board discusses Montrone's 104-acre non-profit proposal. Landowner Paul Montrone, through attorney John Bosen, proposed converting four lots on approximately 104 acres to non-profit use, with development of additional lots funding non-profit operations. The Board of Selectmen must first
