Planning Board hears Montrone non-profit proposal
Planning Board · Meeting of January 27, 2026
NH HAMPTON FALLS — Planning Board discusses Montrone's 104-acre non-profit proposal. Landowner Paul Montrone, through attorney John Bosen, proposed converting four lots on approximately 104 acres to non-profit use, with development of additional lots funding non-profit operations. The Board of Selectmen must first negotiate a Payment in Lieu of Taxes agreement; if approved, the proposal requires a March town warrant vote and Zoning Board special-exception application.
Board member Lisa Brown-Kucharski confirmed her re-election candidacy, and member Will Lojek will transition to an alternate position. The meeting approved prior minutes and adjourned unanimously.
