Zoning board approves pool variance for Goodwin Road property

Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of March 26, 2026

NH HAMPTON FALLS — Hampton Falls Zoning Board unanimously approves pool variance on Goodwin Road. The board granted Christina and Scott Aucoin relief from property and wetland setback requirements to construct an in-ground pool with a 5-foot deck at their Agricultural/Residential District property. The applicants sought a 20-foot reduction in property setback, from 50 feet to 30 feet, and a 40-foot setback from poorly drained soils.

Building Inspector Mark Sikorski confirmed minimal drainage impact, and board member Stephen MacLeod noted the placement will improve site drainage.
