ZBA approves Stafford garage variance by unanimous vote

Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of July 23, 2026

NH HAMPTON FALLS — Zoning Board approves Stafford garage variance with unanimous vote. Michael and Angela Stafford won relief from the 50-foot setback requirement to construct a 2-car garage at 3 Wadleigh Lane, with the foundation encroaching 10 feet at its maximum point. The board incorporated five variance criteria and attached plans.

The structure will remain non-conforming, and any future accessory dwelling unit conversion will require additional board approval. Abutter Bob Anderson and neighbors Lyndi and Kevin Lanphear expressed support for the project.
