The Board unanimously approved warrants totaling $139,221.94 and authorized $1,989 for tree removal. Road Agent Russ Hilliard identified Grapevine Run culvert replacement as the town's most critical infrastructure priority, noting Surrey Lane repairs would cost approximately $60,000.
Will Lojek was approved as an alternate Planning Board member, replacing Andy Brubaker after 10 years of service. Chairman Edward B. Beattie announced Town Administrator Rachel Webb's retirement.
