NH HAMPTON FALLS — Hampton Falls Planning Board reviews Village Silversmith redesign and water feature plans. Vice Chairman Eric Cimon led a design review as applicant John Bajoras presented improvements to his 3.3-acre Lafayette Road property in the South zoning district, purchased in January 2026. The presentation included parking lot redesign per NHDOT requirements and a 1200-square-foot water feature, along with a $250,000 fire suppression system for the retail store.
Bajoras plans to open for business before formal site plan approval, with the full site plan submission scheduled for August 25, 2026, and Historical Society Chairman Tracey Beattie expressed public support for the project's educational and historical focus.
