Planning Board · Meeting of February 24, 2026
NH HAMPTON FALLS — Planning Board continues Unitil permit review to March hearing. With only three members present, Chairman Todd Santora convened the board to continue review of Unitil's Scenic Road Alteration Permit for tree-pruning and line-clearance maintenance along six scenic roadways: Crank, Dodge, Goodwin, Mill Lane, Nason Lane, and Stard roads. The Unitil representative could not attend; insufficient quorum prevented action on the case.
Members and public discussed the scenic road alteration permit process under Hampton Falls zoning bylaws. The motion to continue to March 24 passed unanimously.
