NH HAMPTON FALLS — Hampton Falls Planning Board approves Village Silversmith site plan. The Planning Board unanimously approved a site plan review for John Bajoras' Village Silversmith at 34 Lafayette Road, authorizing a 750-square-foot pump house addition, a 360-square-foot shed, and a 1900-square-foot water feature. The application, presented by Chris Rice of TFMoran, also received approval for two waivers related to the site plan scale and topography requirements.
The board imposed 12 conditions on the approval, including operational hours limited to 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Sunday and a requirement that all state permits be obtained before the plan is recorded.
