NH HAMPTON FALLS — Planning Board approves storage garage and apartment on Depot Road. The board unanimously approved JXNV LLC's site plan to construct a storage garage with rental apartment above at 2 Depot Rd, replacing an existing storage container on the 3-acre Town Common property. The new structure will feature black LP smart siding and hardy board, with a maximum height of 35 feet and restricted hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday through Saturday. Multiple conditions require landscaping buffers on south and east sides, downcast safety lighting, security posting, and all state permits before construction begins.
