Energy Committee approves prior minutes, updates HVAC project status
Energy Committee · Meeting of February 9, 2026
NH HAMPTON FALLS — Hampton Falls Energy Committee advances HVAC work, plans school audit. The committee received an update on the Town Hall offices mini-split system installed by contractor McKinnon starting January 29, which is operating as designed after programming. The only outstanding issue is a cold floor in the Town Administrator's office, which the committee recommends addressing with a radiant heating mat.
The committee is planning an energy audit of local schools and is coordinating availability with Matt Ferreira, Associate Superintendent for Finance and Operations at SAU 21, and possibly Alan LaJoie, Director of Facilities at LAS.
