NH HAMPTON FALLS — Conservation Commission approves baseline monitoring and bobolink protection plan. Chair Mary Ann Hill and Vice Chair Shawn Hanson backed a $4,225 baseline monitoring project for four conservation properties in a 6-0 vote, with Conservation Coordinator Brianna Hagan explaining the work will compile deeds, easements, plans, and local data followed by property-boundary verification. The Commission also finalized an agreement with farmer Steve Hurd to protect bobolink nesting habitat by limiting mowing to after August 1, with the Commission funding fertilizer, lime, fill materials, and labor costs.
