Conservation Commission addresses boundary encroachment at Marsh Lane

NH HAMPTON FALLS — Hampton Falls Conservation Commission addresses Marsh Lane encroachment. The commission determined that a surveyor and 660-foot fence are needed to address an abutter's ongoing encroachment onto a conservation easement, coordinating boundary survey and fence permitting simultaneously. Vice Chair Shawn Hanson will contact the Southeast Land Trust about the issue; Karen Ayers will coordinate resurveying.
The commission also addressed Bates property conservation violations and discussed dog waste management at Raspberry Farm, where the commission approved paying $150 to Tim Sicard for mowing and $140 to renew an ESRI license.
