NH HAMPTON FALLS — Board of Selectmen amends capital-reserve requests before January 20 budget hearing. Selectman Lou Gargiulo led the board to cut the Highway Maintenance Capital Reserve Fund request from $200,000 to $175,000, citing historical appropriations and a projected $115,000 cost for Drinkwater Road culvert repairs. Town Administrator Rachel D.
Webb reported the town has consumed 330 tons of salt for winter road maintenance, with 200 additional tons ordered for January delivery. The board also reduced the Government Buildings Expendable Trust Fund from $20,000 to $17,500, and scheduled a public hearing on all warrant articles for January 20 at 6:00 PM.
